# libreCMC Archive

libreCMC images prior to 2021.10.01 have been recalled due to bugs relating to freedom, including : 

* jsmin is licensed under the JSON license, which is considered to be freedom issue
due to the "The Software shall be used for Good, not Evil" clause. While the clause
is too vague and most likely not enforcible in most jurisdictions, it's still considered to be
a Freedom Issue.

* `linux-libre` < 5.14.x : Previous versions of the `linux-libre` kernel have been recalled
due to a bug in what was deblobbed / how deblobbing occurred, ex. inline object code, etc...
